Chester Springs is a community in Chester County, Pennsylvania. Chester Springs is one of the most historically significant areas in Chester County. It is also considered one of the most prosperous and affluent areas in the county. Chester Spring communities include many historical churches that were established in the 1700’s.

Also within Chester Springs area is the Mill at Anselma, which is considered the best preserve example of a grain mill in the country. This mill is fully functional and continues to mill flour and corn meal for sale.

The Larkin Covered Bridge is a 60 foot long Brurr Truss wooden covered bridge, located near the Village of Eagle. The bridge which originally crossed Marsh Creek now spans a dry ditch and is a feature of the Upper Uwchlan Township trail system.

Located nearby Chester Springs that bears notice is Ludwigs Corner. It located at the junction of PA rt. 100 and PA rt. 401. In the colonial era this route was known as the Conestoga turnpike and the main pathway for travel from Philadelphia and western towns such as Lancaster, PA. In present day, during the Labor Day weekend, Ludwigs Corner hosts their annual Ludwigs Corner horse show and country fair.
